Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of sale of cocaine base (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352), with enhancements for prior prison terms (Pen. Code, § 667.5, subd. (b)), a prior conviction for sale of a controlled substance (Pen. Code, § 1203.07, subd. (a)(11)), and two prior strikes (Pen. Code, § 1170.12, subd. (c)(1)). He was sentenced to an aggregate state prison term of 14 years. In this appeal he objects to the trial court's admission of uncharged criminal acts evidence, complains of inadequate assistance of counsel, and challenges the instructions relating to the uncharged crimes evidence. We find that the evidence of uncharged criminal acts was properly admitted, inadequate assistance of counsel has not been demonstrated on appeal, and no prejudicial instructional error occurred. We therefore affirm the judgment.
