Description:
Los Angeles District Judge Manny Real revokes the reference of the bankruptcy court, and assumes jurisdiction over a case involving an attractive woman. The 9th Circuit Court justices decide to bless the questionable conduct. Justice Kozinski however, writes a stirring dissent and apoligizes to the litigant. Genuinely unusual opinion.
