Motion to suppress statements made to CPS
Memorandum of authorities to suppress statements made to a CPS worker that interviewed an accussed, while in custody. Bases for suppression is that the nature of the investigation was compulsory, was custodial, and violated the accussed's rights protected by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment.
