THE COURT:


It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 29, 2008, be modified as follows:


1. On page 13, seventh sentence of the third full paragraph, the phrase Johnson drove a black Mercedes is changed to Appellant drove a black Mercedes to Johnson so the sentence reads:


Appellant drove a black Mercedes to Johnson, and such a vehicle was involved in the Arakelian carjacking.


There is no change in the judgment.
